Agents
Persistent AI partners that learn your business over time and do real
work inside it.
What it is
Agents are HAPPEE's headline capability. Unlike a chatbot you summon and
explain everything to, an agent has continuous access to your accounting,
your CRM, your knowledge base, your channels, and your dashboards — and
remembers what it has done before. Each agent is shaped around a domain
(finance, sales, marketing, research, operations, planning) and
accumulates skills over time within that domain.
You don't direct an agent through a wizard; you talk to it in a channel,
and it executes — drafting documents, posting to channels, updating
work items, running models, placing calls, capturing outcomes. The human
keeps authority and judgment; the agent keeps context and stamina.
What you get
A small, named cast of agents that show up across the business —
Alex for finance, Pam for planning, plus department-shaped agents for
sales, marketing, research, and operationsContinuous, persistent context — agents remember the last conversation,
the last decision, the last variance from planFull access across HAPPEE — accounting, tracker, knowledge base,
directory, dashboards — through agent toolsSkills that compose — a sales agent has SDR techniques, sales
coaching, pipeline management, and forecasting; skills accumulate
as you use the systemConfigurable autonomy — agents can be set to act on schedules,
triggers, or thresholds, always within human-approved guardrails
How agents are used
Three common shapes:
Conversational — you ask the finance agent to model a price
change, and it does, surfacing the result in the visual panel.Recurring — the sales agent posts a morning brief in #sales every
weekday at 7am with research, drafts, and the day's recommended
actions.Triggered — when the 13-week cash forecast minimum drops below a
threshold, the finance agent posts the variance, the cause, and three
options with pros and cons.
In all three modes, the agent does prep, drafts, captures, and surfaces.
The human approves, decides, and signs.
In small businesses
For a sub-$5M business, the agents are the difference between "we can't
afford to do that work properly" and "we do that work properly." A solo
founder can't hire an SDR, a fractional CFO, a brand designer, and a
sales-ops person. With agents, the work those roles produce is available
on demand — under the founder's direction.
