Notifications
In-app, email, and mobile push (PWA). Alerted when judgment is
needed — silent otherwise.
What it is
Notifications are how HAPPEE reaches you when you need to know about
something — and stays out of the way when you don't. The platform
delivers across three channels (in-app banner, email, mobile push via
PWA) and lets you tune which kinds of events reach you on which
channel.
The point isn't more alerts; it's the right alerts. Agents do work
continuously in the background. Most of it doesn't need your
attention. When something does need a human decision — a threshold
breached, a deal at risk, a meeting starting, a customer escalating —
the notification finds you wherever you are.
What you get
- Three delivery channels: in-app, email, mobile push (via PWA)
- Per-channel preferences — different events to different channels
- Quiet hours and snooze

How agents use notifications
Agents notify with discipline:
Alex notifies when a cash threshold is breached, not when the
forecast moves by $200.The sales agent notifies when a deal in late stage hasn't moved in
10 days, not when an SDR call goes to voicemail. The operations agent notifies when a pilot customer fails an
activation criterion, not when they log in.
The escalation ladder is configurable. The agent can post in a
channel (low signal), tag a user (medium), send a push (high), and
escalate to multiple owners after a timeout (highest).
In small businesses
For an owner-operator running a $1M business in a turnaround,
mobile push is the difference between sleeping and not sleeping.
You don't want to check the cash dashboard at 11pm on a Sunday;
you want HAPPEE to wake you up only if something actually needs
you to wake up.
Where notifications show up across the business
In Cash flow stabilization:
mobile push when a trigger threshold is breached. In Outbound sales motion: alerts
on hot accounts (funding events, intent signals). In First paying customers: new
paying customer alert; meeting reminders. In New product line: charter
customer success-criterion failures.
