Meetings
Recurring rhythms with prepared agendas, captured outcomes, and
linked decisions.
What it is
Meetings in HAPPEE are first-class objects, not calendar entries that
disappear after they happen. A meeting has a scheduled time, a
prepared agenda, attendees, notes, captured decisions, and follow-up
work items. Recurring meetings (weekly pipeline review, monthly cash
council, quarterly OKR check-in) live as recurring meeting work items
that the responsible agent prepares for.
The pattern that emerges: agents do the prep, humans run the meeting,
notes and decisions get captured, work items get created from the
follow-ups. Nothing important leaves the meeting unrecorded.
What you get

How agents use meetings
The recurring pattern:
The responsible agent assembles the agenda the night before — what
changed since last meeting, what needs deciding, what's at risk.During the meeting, agents can be present (watching the channel,
fielding lookups, capturing notes). After the meeting, the agent files the notes, logs the decisions,
and creates work items for the follow-ups.
Examples:
Alex prepares the weekly cash council deck with variance, AR/AP
status, and three options for any threshold breach. The sales agent prepares the weekly pipeline review with coverage
ratio, conversion deltas, and deals at risk. The operations agent prepares the weekly charter customer review
with success-criteria status per pilot.
In small businesses
For a small business, the meeting prep that an agent does in five
minutes would otherwise eat a Sunday night. The same goes for the
"who decided what when" question — small businesses often lose
decisions to memory; HAPPEE makes them durable.
Where meetings show up across the business
In Outbound sales motion: weekly
pipeline review.In Cash flow stabilization:
weekly cash council, monthly model review. In First paying customers:
weekly ICP and messaging review, monthly unit economics review. In New product line: weekly charter
customer review, bi-weekly P&L review, monthly go/no-go health check.
