Work items, kanban, pipelines, and any process with stages —
configured per workflow, used by humans and agents alike.
What it is
The Tracker is HAPPEE's work-management surface. It holds work items
organized into work streams, with workflows defining the stages a work
item moves through. The same Tracker that runs your engineering kanban
runs your sales pipeline, your hiring funnel, your AR collection
queue, your customer pilot tracker, and your weekly meeting agenda.
Work items are first-class — they have descriptions, comments,
attachments, related items, an owner, an agent assignee where
applicable, and a workflow state. Initiatives and Work Item Groups
let you organize larger bodies of work into themes.
What you get
Work items with rich descriptions, comments, attachments, and
related-item linkingWorkflows configurable per work stream — define your states and
transitions to fit any processKanban, list, and timeline views
Initiatives and Work Item Groups for thematic organization
Filter, sort, search, and saved views
Agent assignment — agents can own work items just like humans can
Agents can create, update, comment on, and transition work items
with the same authority a human user has, subject to permissions
How agents use the tracker
The Tracker is where work lives. Agents:
Create work items when something needs doing — a follow-up, a draft,
a pilot onboardingComment on work items as they make progress
Transition state when a step is complete
Surface stuck items in channels for human attention
Roll up status into the dashboards and meeting agendas
When the sales agent sees a deal hasn't moved in 14 days, it doesn't
just notice — it surfaces the deal in #sales with a recommended next
step. The work item is the artifact; the channel is the signal.
In small businesses
For a small business, the Tracker replaces the cobbled-together stack
of project tools — one place for engineering, sales, hiring,
collections, and pilots. Same UI, same workflow primitives, different
data.
Where the tracker shows up across the business
In Outbound sales motion: each
prospect is a work item in a Pipeline workflow. In Cash flow stabilization:
priority AR and AP accounts as work items with explicit owners and
next steps.In First paying customers:
interview pipeline as work items. In New product line: charter pilot
customers as work items in a Pilot workflow.
